Founder & Master Pastry Chef – Baudry French Pastries
Frederic Baudry, the founder and heart behind Baudry French Pastries, discovered his passion for baking at an early age in France. Inspired by his aunt, who owned a local bakery, Frederic began baking at just 16 years old and never looked back. His early exposure to traditional French baking laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong dedication to the culinary arts.
After earning his degree in Artisan Bread, Pastry, and Chocolatier in Paris, Frederic honed his craft working alongside some of the finest chefs across Europe. In 2001, he brought his expertise to the United States, serving as a pastry chef for luxury casinos in Cincinnati, Ohio.
With over 30 years of experience in France and the U.S., Frederic is known for creating pastries that are not only visually stunning but also delightfully flavorful. His artistry goes beyond technique—he brings a musical touch to his creations, blending flavors and textures like a composer crafting a symphony.
Every pastry, croissant, cookie, bread, and cake he bakes reflects his commitment to excellence and innovation. Customers often say that the taste and presentation of his creations rival those found in the best bakeries of Europe.
Frederic’s secret lies in his ability to infuse classic French baking with his own unique flair—transforming each product into a one-of-a-kind culinary masterpiece. His greatest joy? Seeing smiles and hearing delighted reactions from customers who experience his work for the first time.
